We’ve thoughtfully updated and stocked the condo to feel like your home away from home. From cozy, comfortable bedding to a well-equipped kitchen, we’ve taken care of the little details so you can focus on making unforgettable memories.

Parking

Unit 2B has 2 off street parking spots.   One is the garage which is narrow so recommend a smaller car if you intend to park in the garage.   One is the driveway directly in front of the garage.   Make sure your car is not blocking the sidewalk or it will be ticketed. 

Lock Box, Keys and Door Codes

There are 3 sets of keys to the condo.    One is located in the lockbox on the left side of the garage.    This set we recommend leaving in the lockbox at all times.  The other two sets are in the condo and kept XXXX.    There are three keys in a set:

• The red key is for unlocking common area doors on either side of the unit.
• The blue key unlocks the storage room and garage.
• The green key unlocks the condo door should the electronic entry fail.    At check-in the code for the front door will be provided in an SMS and email message.  

There is a $25 fee per key set if lost.  

Inspection 

At checkin we recommend a walk thru of the condo to look for items that are broken or damaged.    We expect the previous guests or cleaning staff to report any issues, but for your own safety please report any damage or any issues with linens on cleanliness in the check-in template above.  

Trash

Labeled trash cans are behind the building in closet marked 2B.  Collection information is posted on the refrigerator.  Please make sure the trash and recyclables are deposited in the proper receptacles.  The morning after the trash or recycling is collected the cans must be brought back to the closet or the condo is subject to a fine.    

Telephone Service

There is no telephone service in the condo.  At least one guest must have a cell phone in their possession ti contact 911 in the event of an emergency.

Storage Room

There is a storage area marked 2B on the right side of the condo that you can use to store any items that you brought that you do not wish to store in the condo including bicycles, chairs, coolers, etc.  We provide a cooler,6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach wagon that you are free to use and return to the storage unit when done.     We ask that you try to remove the same and clean the cooler for the next guest.      We also store the BBQ grill in the storage room.  

BBQ Grill

The propane BBQ grill in the storage room is for your use.   North Wildwood town ordinance requires propane tanks to be stored outside.   Please connect and disconnect the tank with each use.   The Tanks are stored in the deck box labeled 2B.  Please clean the grill after each use.   BBQ tools are located in the kitchen. 

Wi-Fi password

High speed WIFI is included with the rental.    The WIFI SSID is "schieblesbytheshore".    The WIFI password is "XXXX"

Noise

Please be mindful of the other owners in the building and keep noise to a minimum at night and early morning.     Quiet hours for the building complex are between 10PM and 9AM.
