As owners, we are dedicated to ensuring that the condo is set up for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ve thoughtfully updated and stocked the condo to feel like your home away from home. From cozy, comfortable bedding to a well-equipped kitchen, we’ve taken care of the little details so you can focus on making unforgettable memories.

Below, you’ll find detailed check-in instructions to make your arrival as smooth as possible, so you can quickly settle in and start enjoying your vacation. If you have any questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to send us an SMS—we’re happy to assist you. Communications with your Hosts

The best way to communicate with us during your stay is via SMS messaging.  Prior to checkin we will send out a group text that includes yourself and both Dana and Don.    We suggest using this group text for the fastest responses to your questions during your stay.  We will get back to you ask quickly as we can.   

Parking

Unit 2B has 2 off street parking spots.   One is the garage which is narrow so recommend a smaller car if you intend to park in the garage. One is the driveway directly in front of the garage.   Make sure your car is not blocking the sidewalk or it will be ticketed.

When and Where?

Paid parking throughout the City is done exclusively through the ParkMobile app. The ParkMobile app is active May 15 through September 30 between 9 a.m. and 12 midnight in the entire City.

How Much?

The hourly parking rate throughout the City varies based on location. The hourly rate by location will be as follows:

Keys and Door Codes 

Initial entry to the building is made through the garage door.   On the left side of the garage door there is a keypad to open the garage door.    The code for the garage is 6-4-2-5 followed by "Enter".   To close the garage door from the keypad just push "Enter". 

Entry into UNIT 2B is made by using the digital keypad on the door.     The code to open the door will be shared with you prior to your checkin date and will work for your entire stay.  

To unlock the door press the CHECKMARK button in the bottom left of the keypad, followed by your 4 digit code.

To lock the door, insure the door is completely closed then push the "LOCK" button in the bottom right corner of the keypad. 

Once inside the unit, there are two sets of keys for your stay.    Please return these keys to this location upon checkout.   There is a $30 per set fee for lost keys.  

Key Information

  1. Blue Key - Main Door to Unit 2B in event keyless entry is not working properly.
  2. Green Key - Building Doors (Can be used to access building in addition to garage entry.)
  3. Pink Key - Garage Entry from Lobby and Storage Room Access

Emergency Lock Box Keys

In the event that access to building or unit 2B occurs, emergency keys are located in the lockbox located near the garage keypad.  In the event this is needed please contact your hosts to receive codes to access the lockbox. 

Official Check-in and Inspection 

At checkin we recommend a walk thru of the condo to look for items that are broken or damaged.  Our cleaning staff inspects the unit after each guest stay but in case they missed something please let us know.  We expect the previous guests or cleaning staff to report any issues, but for your own safety please report any damage or any issues with linens on cleanliness in the check-in template above.   Please use the form at the top of this page to officially check-in and provide any required feedback. 

Trash & Recycling

Trash and recycling are the responsibility of the renter to put out to the curb.  Trash and Recycling from Friday and Saturday will be collected by the cleaning staff and will not be your responsibility.  Labeled trash cans are behind the building in closet marked 2B as shown in the photograph.  Trash and Recycling are both collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings.  Trash must be in the covered trash and recycling cans provided.   Trash cans must be put to curb the evening before collection and returned to the can storage closet after pickup.  Additional Trash and Collection information is posted on the refrigerator.  Please make sure the trash and recyclables are deposited in the proper receptacles.  

Bed Linens

The king, queen, full and twin beds will be made with clean linens upon your arrival.     

Linens for the sofa sleeper are located in the master closet in a bag.  Linens for the twin trundle bed are located in the bunk room closet in a bag.  If you use these linens please leave them out so the cleaning team will return clean linens to the storage bags. 

All beds have a light bedspread cover and top sheet.  We do not provide additional blankets so please bring your own if you like to be extra warm at night!

Towels

For your stay we are providing towels for up to 10 guests.  If you do not use all of the towels or they are clean when you leave, please leave them folded on the dining table so the cleaning team doesn't wash clean towels.  Please place all dirty towels in the bathtub when checking out so the cleaning team knows they need to be washed.  

Included are: 10 Bath Towels,10 Beach Towels,4 Bath Hand Towels,2 Kitchen Towels and 2 Bath Mats

Telephone Service

There is no telephone service in the condo.  At least one guest must have a cell phone in their possession ti contact 911 in the event of an emergency.

Thermostat Operation

The is a NEST thermostat located on the wall near the main entrance door. This controls the air conditioning throughout the entire unit. The controls are set to allow the temperature to be set no lower than 68 degrees.  To adjust the temperature turn the front glass slightly left or right.  

Wi-Fi password

High speed WIFI is provided for all guests.  The WIFI SSID is "schieblesbytheshore".  The WIFI password is "wildwood2025"

Light and Fan Control

Lights and Fans throughout the property have dimmers. To control the dimmers see picture below. 

TV's/Roku Players and Video Games

Living Room TV

This TV has cable TV service.  It is also a SmartTV and you can log into streaming services using your own accounts.  Be sure to logout at the end of your stay.

King Room TV

This TV has cable TV service.  It is also a SmartTV and you can log into streaming services using your own accounts.  Be sure to logout at the end of your stay.

Queen Room TV

This TV has Roku Unit with "Guest Mode".  You can select your checkout date and Roku will log you out and delete all of you personal information from the device on you checkout day.

Bunk Room TV

This TV has Roku Unit with "Guest Mode".  You can select your checkout date and Roku will log you out and delete all of you personal information from the device on you checkout day.  This TV also has a game console.   Two game controllers are located in the room.   

Storage Room

There is a storage area marked 2B on the right side of the condo that you can use to store any items that you brought that you do not wish to store in the condo.   

We have a cooler, 6 beach chairs, some children's chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach wagon that you are welcome to use and return to the storage unit when done.   Please rinse them off using the hose at the end of your stay so the next guests can enjoy them     

The BBQ for the unit is also stored in this room and must be returned to the room after each use.  

While we know biking around North Wildwood is a favorite activity, please note that the bicycles stored in the rear of the storage room are for owner use only and not available to guests for safety and insurance reasons.   The closest bike rental is on the boardwalk between 16th Ave and 17th Ave.   https://www.oceancyclesnww.com/bikes

BBQ Grill

The propane BBQ grill in the storage room is for your use.   North Wildwood town ordinance requires propane tanks to be stored outside.   Please connect and disconnect the tank with each use.   The Tanks are stored in the deck box labeled 2B.  Please clean the grill after each use.   BBQ tools are located in the kitchen in the drawer under the oven and wire cleaning tools are located with the BBQ.   In the event that you use the grill and a tank is empty please notify the owners so we can get that tank refilled.  

Attach the tank by screwing the black hose from the grill onto tank.     Be sure ALL burners are off on the grill and then open the tank valve all the way.     To light the grill insure that the top is open, turn the gas on for the burners you are using and push the self light button on the front left until the grill lights.   Be sure all burners in use are lit before closing the lid.   

When done cooking and cleaning, turn all burners to off, turn the valve on the tank to close and then remove the hose.     Store the tank back in the deck box and when the grill is cool return it to the storage room.

Central Cafe - Corner of Central and 17th Ave.  Coffee Shop - pastries, donuts and breakfast food. (5 min walk)  

Shoprite of Rio Grande  - 1700 NJ 47 South Rio Grande NJ (about 15 minutes)

Walmart Superstore - 3159 Route 9 South Rio Grande NJ (about 15 minutes)

Bubba's Liquor - 18th and New Jersey 

Noise

Please be mindful of the other owners in the building and neighboring building and keep noise, loud music and television to a minimum at night and early morning.     The building observes the same quiet hours as the city of North Wildwood which are between 10pm and 8am.
